We are a member of The British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology and of the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists. In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we sterilise and sanitise equipment for all services and treatments. The staff at Aura have attended over 50 workshops specifically in skin care with an award of certification of being skin experts other qualifications obtained are from reputable institutes including a BSc (Hons) in Cosmetic Science.
You are welcome to receive a complimentary confidential consultation to enable you to have thorough advice and knowledge before you go ahead with your treatment.
Please be aware that some treatments may not be suitable for some clients this can be discussed at the consultation where possible our therapist will happily suggest an alternative.
It is our policy to take credit card details for any appointment of 60 minutes plus. If the required 24 hours cancellation notice is not adhered to a 50% fee will be charged. Please arrive promptly for your treatment in cases of lateness our therapist will strive for the best treatment possible in the time remaining. We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late without informing us. To ensure you get your preferred appointment we recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon. Some treatments may require a patch test 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be informed of this at the time of booking. Aura is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended at our premises so please take care of your belongings.
For the benefit for you and other clients please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours for a single treatment and 48 hours for multi-treatments/package prior to your appointment, otherwise a 50% fee will be charged. This also applies to our course bookings. Courses are valid for 12 months after pre-payment.

We regret that we cannot take responsibility for lost vouchers so please look after them.
